Three steps from the material you already have to a portal with your client’s name on it.

  1. Step 1: Turn your docs into training

    Start from a pack (team onboarding, compliance and safety, product and skills) or your own brief. AI suggests training needs with their sources, or you describe one. Add your PDFs, Word docs and notes, and AI drafts the outline from them. Nothing is built until you approve; then it writes every lesson.

    • Lessons cite the passages in your documents they were drafted from
    • Each lesson ends with practice questions: multiple choice, short answer or matching
    • Pick the depth: Basic, Comprehensive or Advanced

  2. Step 2: Brand it for each client

    Give each client their own portal (up to 10 on Agency) with their logo, brand color and address: a learniverse.app subdomain or their own domain. On Team and Agency, learners don’t see “Powered by Learniverse”.

  3. Step 3: Share it and see who finished

    Invite people by email or import a spreadsheet. Turn on reminders and Learniverse emails people before their due date, then follows up with anyone overdue. You see who is done, who is late and how they scored.

Is Learniverse white-label?

Your clients see their brand on their portal. Each portal carries the logo, brand color and address you set (a learniverse.app subdomain or your client’s own domain), and on Team and Agency learners don’t see “Powered by Learniverse”. It isn’t fully unbranded, though: emails such as sign-in codes and reminders are sent by Learniverse (reminders are signed with the portal’s name), and the PDF status report has a small Learniverse logo in its footer.

Can one client see another client's portal?

No. Each client gets a separate portal. Keep it private and only the people you invite or approve can join, and you can give a client's manager access to their portal only (it uses one of your team seats).

How does the AI build a training?

Pick a starting pack or write your own brief, choose a training need (AI suggests them with their sources, or you describe one), and add your documents. AI drafts an outline from them that you can edit, ask to rewrite, or approve. Nothing is built until you approve. Then it writes each lesson with practice questions and citations back to the passages it used.

What can I upload?

Course drafts are built from PDFs, Word documents (.docx), Markdown and text files, and public web pages added by URL. You can also upload videos and add them to any lesson. PowerPoint and Excel files aren't supported, so save them as PDF first.

How do AI credits work?

Credits pay for the AI work. Team includes 2,000 credits per month and Agency includes 6,000. Building a course costs 25, 75 or 200 credits depending on its depth, and uploads use credits based on their size, such as page count or video length. The first course you build during onboarding uses no credits.

How many client portals do I get?

Agency includes 10 client portals with 250 learners shared across them. Team includes 1 portal with 25 learners. Need more? Book a demo and we'll talk it through.

Do learners need to install anything?

No. Learners open the portal in their browser and sign in with their email, or with Google on learniverse.app addresses.

Can I export a course to my client's LMS?

Yes. Once published, a course you built can be exported as a SCORM 1.2 package, and that is included on Team. You can also print a course to PDF.

Which languages are supported?

Each portal runs in one of 5 languages: English, French, German, Spanish or Dutch. Courses are generated in the portal's language.

How does the free trial work?

Both plans come with a 7-day free trial for new accounts. You add a card at checkout and can cancel anytime during the trial. Trials start with a smaller AI credit allowance; your plan’s full monthly credits start with your first payment.
