Manage Your Academy & Track Progress

Learn how to manage your learners and track their progress in Learniverse.

Monitor Progress

To go to monitor learners progress, click on the Learners button in the left sidebar.

Track your learners' journey through an intuitive dashboard that shows you everything at a glance:

  • Individual progress and completion rates
  • Add or remove learners from courses
  • (Coming Soon) Time spent per module
  • (Coming Soon) Quiz scores and assessment results

This makes it easy to identify which learners might need additional support or which content needs clarification.

Manage Your Academy

To go to manage your academy, click on the Academy Settings button in the left sidebar.

Keep your academy organized and engaged with simple management tools. You can quickly:

  • Change your Academy name and subdomain
  • Add your own custom domain
  • Change the academy's privacy and language
  • Change your Academy's theme color
  • Add your own branding by either manually filling the form or import from your site with AI
  • Edit welcome message for learners when they 1st time visit your academy
  • Udate your profile as instructor or define custom academy profile
  • Increase limit for learners and courses
  • Readd removed learner
  • Remove your academy
