🧭 Plan Mode: Plan Ahead Before You Build the Course

Plan Mode is a new way to start from an idea and turn it into a clear, structured learning plan before creating the course itself.

• Start with a plain-language training request, like an onboarding program, compliance refresh, sales enablement series, or customer education course
• Let Learniverse ask focused planning questions so the goal, audience, scope, and success criteria are clear before content is generated
• Choose the intended training length, from short sessions to longer multi-part programs
• Plan for a broad audience or target specific learner groups
• Pull straight from your new Knowledge Base so the plan reflects your real documents, videos, policies, and product information
• Review the plan before moving forward, including the strategy, modules, lessons, recommended activities, and suggested structure
• Edit the plan directly before generating the course, so educators stay in control of the final direction
• Turn an approved plan into a course more smoothly, with less manual setup after the planning stage

Plan Mode is designed for teams that want better training strategy before production begins. Instead of jumping straight into course generation, educators can now align on the training purpose, learner needs, content coverage, and expected outcomes first — and ground the whole plan in the materials they've already uploaded.

📚 Knowledge Base: A Cleaner, More Powerful Way to Manage Your Materials

Your Knowledge Base has been rebuilt with a faster, easier interface and a stack of new features for organizing the documents and videos you reuse across courses.

• A redesigned Knowledge Base experience that's quicker to load and easier to navigate
• Organize materials in folders, including folders inside folders, so you can group by department, project, or training program
• Star the documents you use the most and find them instantly in a "Recent" view
• Upload many files at once with bulk upload, and add a description to each one
• Add tags to files so they're easier to filter and reuse
• Move documents between folders or delete a folder along with everything inside it
• See a clear status while files are being prepared so you know when they're ready to use
• Larger documents are now supported more reliably

The Knowledge Base also powers Plan Mode and the Course Editor assistant — anything you add here can be pulled into a plan, a lesson, or an exercise without re-uploading.

The course editor assistant is now more capable, more aware of the course you are editing, and better at helping with real educator workflows.

• The assistant now understands the current course, selected module, and selected lesson, so suggestions match what you're actually looking at
• Stronger support for editing course structure, lessons, exercises, and course details through conversation
• Pulls directly from your Knowledge Base so suggestions and new content are grounded in your real materials
• AI suggestions are easier to trace back to the document, video, or page they came from
• Handles larger updates in one go, like improving several lessons or exercises at the same time
• Cleaner editing experience for course titles, descriptions, audience, and related course information
• Credits used by the assistant now reflect what was actually consumed instead of an estimate, so the numbers you see are accurate

Educators now control the citations shown to learners on AI-generated content.

• Add or edit citations on any AI-generated lesson or exercise
• Learners see a cleaner, more trustworthy source list on the content they're learning from

We've refreshed the learner academy experience so learners can more easily understand what is available, what is assigned, and what they should do next.

📊 Progress & Insights: Sharper Tracking for Educators

Educators now get a much fuller view of how learners are doing and where they spend their time.

• See exactly how long a learner spent on each exercise, not just the score
• Final scores now open in a clean modal grouped by lesson and module instead of redirecting away
• Score colors follow your academy settings, so high and low scores are easy to spot at a glance
• Select multiple courses with checkboxes to manage or delete them in one go
• Richer completion timelines with started date, completion date, time spent, and deadline status
• Progress is recorded reliably even when learners finish past the deadline, so late completions still show up clearly
• Cleaner training and course progress views so you can review performance with less clicking around

✂️ Trim Videos Right Inside Learniverse

You can now edit uploaded videos without leaving the platform.

• Trim the start and end of any uploaded video on a clear timeline
• Preview the trimmed result before saving
• Use the cleaned-up video as a course lesson or as source material for the assistant
• Skip the round trip through a separate video editor

We've also made a wide set of fixes and quality improvements across course creation, learner access, and document handling.

• Fixed course editor cases where AI-made updates were not reflected immediately
• Fixed cases where the course editor assistant did not always understand the currently selected lesson or module
• Improved document handling so uploaded files become available for course creation and editing more reliably
• Improved support for larger documents and clearer preparation states while files are being processed
• Fixed learner login and logout issues in academy learning spaces
• Fixed course deadline, scheduled publishing, unpublishing, and reminder edge cases
• Fixed several billing, security, and platform stability issues

🏆 Learner Scoring System: Track Exercise Performance

You can now track exactly how well your learners are performing with our new scoring system:

• See scores for every exercise a learner helps you understand where they struggle
• We calculate average scores across the entire course automatically
• We'll always keep track of their personal best score
• All this data is now integrated directly into the progress views

📜 Certificates with Prerequisites: Reward Achievement

Reward your learners with official certificates when they complete your training:

• Your learners can download PDF certificates that match your brand (customizable title and use your academy's logo)
• You can decide on the minimum score requirements to earn a certificate
• Create urgency by setting deadlines (e.g. must complete within 7 days)
• Every certificate has a unique ID so you can verify it later
• We track every certificate earned so you can see who is certified

📊 Enhanced Learner Analytics: Full Progress Modal

We've completely redesigned how you view learner progress to give you the full picture about the learner's data:

• A new modal view allows you to see everything clearly compared to the old popup that only shows score when you hover over the
• See exactly what courses they've finished and how much is left
• Check their scores and see any certificates they've earned in one place
• You can also see which groups they belong to right from this view

📅 Training Calendar & Schedule Access: Control Availability

Take full control over when your content is available with our new Training Calendar and schedule the training availability to all learners, certain learners, or groups of learners:

• Use a visual calendar to easily pick when training should be active
• Handles timezones automatically so you don't have to do the math
• You can schedule trainings right when you publish them with a single click
• Learners will see the content when it's not yet started and when it's scheduled to be available, and it will be disappeared when it's not available anymore.

👥 Learner Groups: Organize & Target

You can now organize your learners and is now much easier with Learner Groups feature:

• Create groups to manage different departments or cohorts (e.g. "Marketing Team", "Dentists")
• Easily add or remove people from groups to keep things organized
• Assign specific schedules to entire groups at once together with the training calendar feature
• See which group someone belongs to when viewing their analytics

🤝 Academy Teams: Collaborate on Your Training

We've added a long awaited feature to collaborate with your teams on your trainings and manage your academy with ease:

• You now can invite team members via email to join your portal by accessing the settings page from your dashboard
• Team members can create/update/delete trainings and can also manage the academy except the team member itself, deleting academy, and managing the subscription. Basically almost all features can be done by team member.
• As the owner, you can select specific academies each team member can manage
• Easily add or remove members as your team grows

This feature is only available for Team and Ultimate plans.
