Do you have a public roadmap?

Where can I find a tutorial or demo about how to use Learniverse?

We've got step-by-step guides and video tutorials to help you get started quickly. Check out our Quick Start Guide or try our interactive onboarding.

Does Learniverse support multiple languages, and can I request a specific one?

Yes! We now support over 13 languages including English, French, German, Spanish, Japanese, Italian, Vietnamese, Russian, Polish, Thai, Dutch, Swedish, and Korean. You can create courses in any of these languages and our AI will generate content accordingly. If you need additional languages, let us know!

Does Learniverse offer integrations with tools like Slack, Zapier, or SCORM?

While we don't yet offer direct integrations with Slack, Zapier, or SCORM, you can now export courses as PDFs or embed them on external websites. This allows you to share your content across different platforms. Let us know which specific integrations are most important to you, and we'll prioritize them for future development.

What is your privacy policy, and how do you handle user data?

Do you offer white labeling for courses?

The Ultimate tier allows to customize the branding of your academy, courses and setup custom domains as well as hiding Learniverse branding such as "Powered by Learniverse". Replicating the white-label feel. Academies and courses remain bound by the terms of services of Learniverse.

Do you have a mobile app, or is the platform mobile-friendly?

The platform is mobile-friendly, but better experienced on desktop. You can still access and manage courses on any device.

How do I manage team members and track their progress?

Our dashboard shows you everything about your learners in one place - their progress, completed courses, and performance.

What are AI credits?

AI credits power advanced features in Learniverse. While basic course creation is free, enhanced features use credits: course outline generation, content creation and rewriting, exercise generation (quizzes, true/false questions), video Q&A generation, content translation between languages, and AI-powered audio transcription. Your subscription plan determines your monthly credit allocation.

What types of content and exercises can I create?

Learniverse supports diverse content types to create engaging learning experiences:

• Short explanations with rich text formatting
• Video embeds from YouTube, Vimeo, and other platforms with Q&A
• Multiple choice quizzes with explanations for answers
• Short answer questions for open-ended responses
• True/False exercises with detailed explanations
• Audio content with AI-powered transcription (Pro feature)
• Embedded external content including URLs, iframes, and PDFs
• Course exports as PDFs or embeddable widgets for external websites

You can create courses from PDFs, URLs, or simple text prompts, and our AI will help structure and generate interactive content.
