Add Your Learners

Learn how to add and manage learners in your Learniverse group.

After setting up your academy, you can add learners who will access your courses and content. You have two convenient options for adding learners:

Adding Learners

Option A: Add Learners Individually

Add Learners Individually

  1. Enter learner email addresses one by one
  2. Click the + button to add more email fields as needed
  3. Each learner will receive an email invitation to join your academy
  4. Click Add & Send Invitations when you've added all desired learners

Option B: Import Learners in Bulk

  1. Prepare Your File

    • Create a CSV or TXT file containing learner information

    • Format: Include Name and Email columns (CSV) or use "Name,Email" format (TXT) Bulk Import Learners Using TXT file

    • You can also download a sample CSV file from the platform Bulk Import Learners Using CSV file

  2. Upload Your File

    • You can either click on the Upload learner file button or drag and drop your file to select it to upload a file

  3. Review & Edit

    • Check the imported data for accuracy
    • Edit names and emails as needed
    • Invalid emails will be highlighted for correction and you can either remove them or correct them

  4. Send Invitations

    • Click the Invite [X] Learners button to send email invitations

Note: You can always skip this step and add learners later from your academy dashboard if you're not ready to invite them yet.

Adding Learners Later (Optional)

Don't worry if you're not ready to add learners right away! You can always:

  • Return to your Academy dashboard at any time
  • Click the "Learners" button in the sidebar
  • Click the "Add Learners" button in the top right corner
  • Follow the same steps to invite learners when you're ready Add Learners From Dashboard

  • Add or remove learners anytime with a few clicks
  • Share courses quickly
  • See how learners are doing
  • Send more invites when needed
